Tournament Timeline
Frame War follows a monthly competition cycle from launch to winner announcement.
Entry Open Day 1: Tournament Launch
The tournament officially goes live. The theme, the rules, and the required footage pack all drop today. All the details are posted on our official Instagram page — @earn.edits. Read the brief carefully, download the assets, and start planning your edit — the clock starts now.
Days 1–18: Submission Phase
You have 15 days to create and submit your edit. Upload your final export through the submission form before the deadline. One entry per participant, and make sure your project follows every rule in the brief — incomplete or late entries won't be accepted.
Day 18-20: Review Period
Submissions are closed and the judging begins. Our team reviews every entry against the scoring criteria — creativity, technical skill, sound design, and how well it fits the theme. No new edits or resubmissions are allowed during this window.
Day 21: Top 3 Finalists Selected
The three highest-scoring edits are announced as finalists. If you make the cut, you'll be featured on the page — and from here, it's in the community's hands.
Days 21–28: Public Voting Phase
Voting opens to everyone. Watch the three finalist edits and cast your vote for your favorite. The edit with the most votes at the end of the week takes the win. Share your entry, rally your audience, and may the best editor win.
Day 28: Winner Announcement
The moment we've all been waiting for. The winning edit is revealed based on the final public vote, and the champion is crowned. Winners will be announced on our official Instagram page — @earn.edits — along with their prize and a feature spotlight. Congratulations to everyone who entered — thank you for making this tournament what it is. See you in the next one.

Everything you need to know before submitting your edit.
No, entries are strictly limited to one submission per editor. Make sure your video represents your absolute best work before you hit submit, as the automated portal logs your details and will reject secondary attempts.
If you access or share the direct link outside the automated workflow, the submission portal will reject your entry. To prevent fraud and ensure accurate tracking, the form must be opened natively through the unique link sent directly to your Instagram DMs after completing the qualification steps.
Submissions will be thoroughly reviewed by our panel based on creativity, technical execution, pacing, and overall engagement. The top entries will move on to the bracket, where the ultimate champion will be decided.

Submissions close exactly when the live countdown timer on the main tournament page hits zero. Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances by the automated submission system, so upload early to avoid rendering delays.
